Custom Truck One Source, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate at our Wilkes-Barre, PA location. The role supports inventory control and warehouse operations, interacting with the PTA Manager daily to maintain accuracy and safety. Training and certification in forklift operation are required.

The position emphasizes timely shipping/receiving, order verification, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse to meet business demands.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Previous parts or warehouse experience.
• Experience with an inventory management system.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and strive for continuous improvement.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure completeness and accuracy of work.
• Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting.
• Ability to operate both sit down and standup forklifts and obtain Forklift Certification
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Setting priorities and adapting to changing work priorities
• Must be self-sufficient and driven in order to meet deadlines and schedules.
• Knowledge of tools and equipment preferred.
• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Must have a strong attendance record.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Proficient on a computer and possess the ability to learn new programs quickly.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the established process for daily shipping and receiving of all incoming and outbound freight.
• Verify product received matches packing slip and/or purchase order and receive in system.
• Load or unload materials manually or with a forklift, on or off pallets, platforms, skids, or lifting devices.
• Replenish shelves with incoming stock orders.
• Perform parts/tools runs between locations and/or customers, in company vehicle to pick up and/or deliver parts as needed.
• Pull and package items for local and out of town deliveries.
• Assist with year-end physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Responsible for keeping warehouse organized and clean.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
