Dematic Corp. is seeking a Site Inventory Lead to manage site materials inventory, coordinate off-site warehouses, and support project operations in Utah. The role involves reporting on material movement, maintaining records, and staging items for project sites.

The position requires forklift experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel 100% across different site locations. MS Office proficiency and proactive coordination are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating inventory for on-site and off-site locations.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain operation cadence reports.
• Comfort with 100% travel to multiple site locations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site materials inventory from receipt to distribution to installation teams.
• Coordinate with Installation and Commissioning Teams for timely material allocation.
• Support project reporting by identifying shortages and surpluses based on material requirements.
• Work with Project Material Manager to ensure readiness for forecasted deliveries.
• Record receipts, staging, transportation, and issuance in the Materials Management Tool.
