Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations in our Hyannis store. You will unload, audit, stage products, and help ensure accurate receiving paperwork and inventory control.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available. Candidates should have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, forklift familiarity, and strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in varying weather and fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience driving a forklift is preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Unload and stage products for counting and inspection.
• Ensure receiving paperwork is completed accurately.
• Store products to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory rotation within the warehouse.
• Complete department and equipment training, including forklift certification.
