Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring a Receiving Associate in Saugus, MA to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced retail setting. You will unload, audit, and stage products, ensuring accurate receiving records and efficient space utilization.

The role requires forklift experience or certification, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with generous benefits and regular store hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Store products properly to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
• Demonstrate safe lifting practices and SOP compliance.
• Complete required department and equipment training (forklift certified).
