Hire East Idaho in Knoxville, TN, is seeking an experienced operator to handle bulk processing and inventory tasks in a manufacturing environment.

You will certify and operate a forklift, weigh ingredients to exact orders, and use JDE and handheld scanners to manage inventory. The role requires independence, strong math and communication skills, and adherence to GMP and safety protocols.

Formación

• Certified forklift operator.
• Ability to lift 80 lbs regularly.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under stress and with limited supervision.
• Knowledge of GMPs and FDA regulations.
• Willingness to overtime and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Weighs ingredients to work orders with +/-1% accuracy.
• Processes bulks per SOPs and procedures.
• Operates a forklift following safety procedures.
• Uses JDE and scanners to look up, issue, transfer, and adjust inventory.
• Fills out work orders and logs per GMP/SOP.
• Identifies issues with raw materials and processing bulk.
• Takes ownership of batch weighing and transfer to maintain quality.
• Maintains clean, orderly work area and follows all safety rules.
