Job summary

Modineer Company in Niles, MI is seeking a full-time Janitor to maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break areas, manufacturing and office spaces on a 1st shift (6 AM–2 PM). • Must be able to perform all required Modineer production system documentation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of restrooms, break area, manufacturing and office spaces daily.
• General clean-up and maintenance of the parking lot and exterior areas.
• Material handling duties as assigned.
• Driving the Company van as needed.
• Operating the Floor Scrubber during off-shift when production is minimized.
• Emptying trash bins throughout the facilities.
• General office cleaning (vacuuming, trash, dusting, windows).
