Job summary

Hayden Industrial, a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems, is seeking a Material Handler to join our Claremore, Oklahoma team. This full-time role ensures a stable flow of materials in the supply chain, handling all warehouse materials with accuracy and safety.

The position requires a high school diploma, forklift certificate, and familiarity with Glovia or similar WMS. You will pull kits, move items, and support production while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior material handling experience desired.
• Forklift Operator Certificate required.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (preferably Glovia).
• Strong understanding of safety practices in warehouse.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Move received material to designated kit or warehouse locations and enter in system (Glovia).
• Complete kits by pulling items listed on pick lists or BOMs; assign kit bay locations for storage.
• Provide kits, raw, and consumable materials to production to support manufacturing.
• Perform Glovia transactions to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Communicate any inventory or material issues to the Warehouse Manager.
