Job summary

Life Fitness in Minnesota seeks a Warehouse Associate to move materials across departments in a fast-paced setting. You will transport items, pick and package parts, and ensure accurate inventory and transactions in Oracle.

The role requires basic counting and strong organizational skills, with 3–5 years in manufacturing preferred. This on-site position offers evening hours, safety-focused duties, and opportunities for overtime and career growth.

Qualifications

• Basic counting, adding and subtracting.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently and safely in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Motivated self-starter.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience (preferred).
• 1 year in manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Forklift certification (preferred).
• Database knowledge (preferred).
• Microsoft Excel experience (preferred).
• Cycle-counting experience (preferred).
• RF Scanning device experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Transport product and material to appropriate work areas in a timely and safe manner.
• May include picking parts orders and packaging parts, or filling parts bins on assembly lines.
• Disperses parts, fixtures and materials within and between departments as assigned by Supervisor.
• Documents delivery of all items and verifies accuracy of part numbers, quantities, and locations.
• Operates material handling equipment such as forklift, pallet jacks and scale.
• Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts and audits.
• Replenish parts using visual controls and monitor shortages.
• Notify supervisor of errors to maintain safety and productivity.
• Locate inventory locations and perform inventory move transactions.
• Complete all transactions within Oracle accurately and timely.
• Assist operators in delivering parts to maximize department efficiency.
• Interact daily with manufacturing, materials, receivers, and shipping.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and dispose waste properly.
• Perform other production duties as assigned.
