Job summary

Goodwill of Lane & South Coast Counties & Alaska seeks a Material Handler 2 to load/unload donations, sort inventory, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment in Anchorage, AK. You will operate forklifts and basic equipment, assist donors, and ensure proper receipts.

Qualifications

• At least six months’ related experience required, including forklift use.
• Hazardous material training desirable.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and trailers using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain safe, organized warehouses and donation areas.
• Sort salvage materials into containers.
• Safely operate forklifts, balers and related equipment.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist donors and provide receipts; ensure courteous service.
• Meet Mystery Shop score goals.
• Transport stock between workstations and areas.
