Job summary

CT Polymers, LLC is seeking a Machine Operator for full-time roles. The position requires operating and maintaining industrial machinery, handling materials with a sit-down forklift, and keeping accurate quality control logs. Workers must be capable of standing most of the shift and lifting up to 65 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds.
• Stand/walk 80% of shift; mobility required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain simple and complex industrial machinery.
• Clean production machinery and maintain tools.
• Supply production lines and store materials using sit-down forklift.
• Clean boxes, lids, and skids before staging; complete logs and tickets.
