Job summary

Remington1816 is seeking a Material Handler to transport materials and support efficient process flow. You will drain and fill machines, weigh and reconcile scrap in SAP/MRP, and follow all safety rules. The role requires forklift certification and adherence to 5S and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities include loading materials, operating machinery, maintaining process records, and assisting team members. Overtime may be required; strong attention to safety and quality is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Able to speak, read, and write English sufficiently to follow instructions and read process docs.
• One year forklift experience with certification.
• Basic PC skills to navigate menus and print documents.

Responsibilities

• Tends one or more machines or processes as directed by supervisor.
• Loads raw materials into machines and moves materials as required.
• Weighs and reconciles scrap in SAP/MRP system.
• Maintains records and ensures safety and housekeeping standards.
