Responsibilities

• Perform facility maintenance and repairs on equipment and buildings.
• Identify piping materials and purposes.
• Basic troubleshooting of processes.
• Distinguish pump types and uses.
• Measure and cut pipe.
• Use carpentry hand tools and power tools.
• Operate forklifts and transport materials.
• Assist on projects as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and housekeeping.
• Document maintenance and work orders.
• Manage spare parts inventory and counts.
• Follow Lock Out/Tag Out safety procedures.
• Support Technician levels as needed.
