Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a customer-focused associate in the United States to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately, keeping staging areas clean, organized, and safe. The role requires basic computer use, comfort with retail technology, and certification for powered equipment; you will help customers, answer questions, and connect them with the right associates.

Qualifications

• Six months of computer use experience.
• Six months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered equipment certification required (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by guiding customers to the right associates and products.
• Operate and maintain certified powered equipment per safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the business.
