Job summary

Lowe’s Bozeman store is seeking a team member to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy, while keeping staging areas clean and safe. You’ll deliver excellent service by answering questions and connecting customers with the right associates.

You will operate and maintain safety-certified powered equipment, use the Orders App to support inventory, and collaborate with leadership to resolve short picks, all in a customer-first environment that values teamwork.

Qualifications

• Basic computer use for data entry and order management.
• Experience with retail tech such as smartphones or tablets.
• Powered equipment certification (Forklift, Order Picker, Reach Truck) required or obtained on the job.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by answering questions and directing customers.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks; report safety or theft concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the business.
