Job summary

Lowe's is seeking an associate to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and safety. You will validate orders, assist customers, and connect them with the right associate when needed.

The role requires forklift, order picker, and reach truck certification or the ability to obtain them. You will support inventory accuracy and safe store operations in a customer‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered equipment certification required (Forklift, Order Picker, Reach Truck) or obtained if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by validating orders, answering questions, and directing customers to associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment following safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy via the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks, audits, and locker management; report safety concerns.
• Work with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
• May take on additional duties to support business needs.
