Job summary

Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, validating orders, and using the Orders App with SIMS compliance. The role requires powered equipment certification and a safety-focused mindset. On-site store operations and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer for input, access, modification or output of information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by validating orders and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow all safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App and maintaining SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
