Spire Solutions, a subsidiary of The Weitz Company, is hiring a Warehouse Delivery Driver in Phoenix, AZ. You will safely deliver construction materials, equipment, and tools to project sites and customers, plan routes, and ensure timely, compliant deliveries to support field operations.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification required, or willingness to obtain certification on hire.
• Previous delivery/warehouse or logistics experience required.
• Experience in construction, equipment rental, or industrial environments is a plus.
• Experience maintaining small equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently deliver construction materials, equipment, and supplies to project sites and customers.
• Plan and complete delivery routes promptly and cost-effectively.
• Comply with DOT regulations, inspections, and maintenance requirements.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment to load, unload, move, and organize materials.
• Maintain accurate delivery records using company systems.
• Provide professional and courteous service to project teams, customers, vendors, and colleagues.
