Job summary

Spire Solutions in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Delivery Driver to safely deliver construction materials, tools, and equipment to project sites and customers. You will plan routes, comply with DOT regulations, and maintain equipment while supporting field operations with dependable service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift certification (or willingness to obtain), and prior delivery/logistics experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification required or willingness to obtain it upon hire.
• Prior delivery driver, warehouse, or logistics experience required.
• Experience in construction, equipment rental, or industrial settings is a plus.
• Experience performing basic maintenance on small equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently deliver construction materials, equipment, tools, and supplies to project sites and customer locations.
• Plan and complete delivery routes in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Comply with DOT regulations, vehicle inspections, and equipment maintenance requirements.
• Ensure equipment and tools are available at project sites to support productivity and project schedules.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment to load, unload, move, and organize materials.
• Maintain delivery and equipment records using company systems.
• Provide professional, courteous service to project teams, customers, vendors, and staff.
