Position Overview:

We are seeking a Fork Lift Operator for the 2nd shift based in Cartersville, GA. Reporting to the Supervisor, this role involves responsibilities within the production department, with flexibility required based on project needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading products/materials for production lines
• Supplying raw materials and supporting continuous production
• Managing shipping and warehousing paperwork
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Experience operating a forklift or similar equipment (preferred)
• Experience in manufacturing settings (preferred)
• Experience with paperwork and scanning (preferred)
• Knowledge of lean production processes (preferred)

• Complete training requirements
• Build relationships with key stakeholders
