Responsibilities

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantees safety by performing regular maintenance
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
• Maintains awareness of safety issues and report them immediately to supervisor

POSITIONPURPOSE:

TheForkliftDriverisresponsibleforcarryingoutoperationsforthemarina.The ForkliftDriver’sprimaryresponsibilityisthe customer andtheirvessels.Every taskat the marinafromcarefullyhandingthe customers boats,tocommunicatingeffectively with the employee working the docks. The Forklift Driver projects a professional company image through all types of interactions.As this is a fast-paced environment, must be able to work underpressure.

DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
• Inspectmachinerytodeterminetheneed forrepairsandguaranteesafety byperforming regularmaintenance

EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE:

WORKINGCONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
