Job summary

Walor North America in Columbus is seeking a Second Shift Supervisor for its Forging team. You will manage and train production associates, ensuring adherence to safety policies while meeting production requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED with significant supervisory experience in an industrial manufacturing setting, preferably in forging. This role includes creating shift schedules, monitoring compliance, and leading continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience supervising, leading or directing a team.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience in operating forging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train production associates.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed.
• Create shift schedules and ensure continuous coverage.
• Participate in development of production plans.
