Walor North America in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Shear Machine Operator to join the Billet Prep team. You will operate the shear machine and secondary equipment, load steel, and assist with quality measurements while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Print reading and basic math skills are required.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Operate shear machine and secondary equipment.

• Document measurements to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to 5S principles.
• Assist with maintenance and report equipment issues.
• Support team and comply with directives from supervisor.
