Job summary

Bonney Forge Corporation is seeking a full-time Forge Operator to form steel using a press forge and trim setter, rotating through three stations per shift. You will maneuvre hot metal with tongs, operate presses, and manage conveyor placement while observing safety rules.

Key duties include material handling, setup, cleanup, and following instructions. A comprehensive benefits package is provided following a probation period, with standard shifts Monday–Friday and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and work with co-workers.
• Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one or small group settings.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and understand units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Operate forge and trim processes using tongs and foot controls.
• Move hot pieces with tongs and position in dies for forming and trimming.
• Maintain material handling and cleanup, PPE compliance, and safety rules.
