Job summary

Signature IT World Inc. is seeking an experienced ForgeRock/PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) Engineer to design, develop, configure, integrate, and support IAM solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing IAM solutions using PingOne AIC and ForgeRock.
• Strong knowledge of authentication/authorization concepts (MFA, SSO, tokens).
• Hands-on experience with LDAP/Active Directory integrations and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and maintain PingOne AIC and ForgeRock IAM components.
• Implement authentication journeys and federation with external IdPs/SPs.
• Integrate IAM with LDAP/AD, databases, and cloud apps; ensure secure lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and token issues; monitor environments and perform RCA.
