Job summary

Haynes International in Kokomo, IN is seeking a leader to direct forging and rolling operations. You will ensure safety, quality, and productivity while following corporate policies and procedures.

The role requires 2 years hot mill rolling experience or 3-5 years in manufacturing, with strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. You will work on-site and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals.

Responsibilities

• Proactive safety-first attitude
• Ensure compliance to safety, environmental, AAP & EEO rules and laws
• Ensure compliance to plant rules
• Direct daily operations of forge/mill crews
• Follow all SOPs and QCI’s
• Adhere to the collective bargaining agreement
• Maintain all needed documentation
• Schedule daily work to meet production goals
• Assist supervisors in directing grind/cut operations and maintain supplies
