Job summary

The Quality Process Controller at Howmet Aerospace in Rancho Cucamonga, CA monitors forged production to ensure quality and customer requirements are met. The role performs forge process audits and supports furnace pyrometry compliance to uphold our standards.

Responsibilities

• Record critical in-process parameters in forge environment including optical pyrometer readings for tooling and material temperatures.
• Extract rolling parameters and tonnage data from specific ring-roll mills/presses.
• Report any in-process non-conformances to the Quality Department and other appropriate parties.
• Maintain and archive documentation as per company procedures.
