Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking a Quality professional to support heat treat and pyrometry compliance under the guidance of the Manager Quality. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to regulatory, customer, and company quality system specifications.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least three years of related experience, and must be able to work on-site in Fontana, CA. ITAR restrictions apply, and sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of three years related experience and/or training.
• U.S. work authorization required; Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal audits to AMS 2750 and customer heat treat specs.
• Assist Nadcap and customer heat treat audits.
• Review furnace TUS and SAT quality, and release MRO/supplies to production.
• Ensure compliance to FMI and customer quality systems.
