Miconestaffing is seeking a Forge Press Operator for the 2nd shift in Verdi, NV. This hands‑on production role offers on‑the‑job training and potential for long‑term career growth. The team works in a fast‑paced environment with emphasis on safety and quality.

Ideal candidates are reliable, physically capable, and eager to learn. Shift details include M-Th 2:00 pm–10:30 pm with possible earlier starts or later OT, and Fri 7:30 am–4:00 pm if Thursday night runs late.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Comfortable working around machinery, noise, and heat.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload forged metal parts from press equipment.
• Assist with machine setups and production changeovers.
• Perform basic visual inspections and measurements to ensure quality.
• Operate trim presses and other manufacturing equipment as trained.
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
