Job summary

EnerStaff LLC is seeking a Forging Operator for a temp-to-hire role in Spring, TX. The position runs 5:00am–3:30pm, Monday through Saturday, with pay ranging from $18 to $22 per hour. Start date is ASAP.

Responsibilities include operating forging presses, loading and handling materials, monitoring production, performing basic inspections, and maintaining documentation and housekeeping in the work area. Must pass a background and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Operate or tend forging presses and equipment following procedures.
• Perform basic visual checks and measurements to verify parts meet requirements.
• Follow work orders, maintain documentation, and record counts and downtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate or tend assigned presses and forging equipment after setup.
• Load, unload, move, and position materials using approved methods.
• Monitor machine operation and notify issues promptly.
• Perform basic inspection checks to ensure quality requirements.
• Document production and inspection data accurately and timely.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in the forging area.
