Qualifications

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with machines or vehicles is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Consistent work history and reliability are important.
• Must have reliable transportation and pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate forge and trim presses as part of a 3–4 person team.
• Move and position hot billets using hand tools and equipment.
• Operate forging machines and visually inspect parts for quality.
• Assist with die changes, setups, and press adjustments.
• Follow all safety procedures in a hot, active production setting.
