Job summary

Inova Staffing Services is hiring a Forge Line Technician for our Streetsboro, OH client. This 1st shift position runs 6:45am to 3:00pm, with weekly pay and a temp-to-hire path.

You’ll work on a team of 3–4, operate forge and trim presses, move hot billets with hand tools, and inspect parts for quality while following safety procedures. Applicants should have manufacturing or machine operation experience, strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience (press operation transfers well).
• Strong mechanical aptitude — hands-on experience with machines or vehicles is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Consistent work history — longevity and reliability matter.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team of 3–4 operating and setting up forge and trim presses.
