Job summary

Wisenbaker Builder Services, Inc. seeks a Field Operations leader who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment. You will join the Field Ops Readiness Program to bring order, accountability, and performance to installation and service operations across your branch.

You’ll rotate through all Field Ops areas, train with Area Managers and Techs, and own field execution—from labor efficiency to subcontractor quality—so customers stay confident and projects stay on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading teams in field-based, operational environments.
• Ability to work across office and jobsite settings, including travel.
• Working knowledge of Wisenbaker Builder Services operations preferred.
• Comfort using Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Get hands-on: installation training across floor coverings, cabinets and countertops in new homes.

Job description

Your Mission:

As part of the Field Ops Readiness Program, you are responsible for how work gets done in the field. You’ll train with Area Managers, Expediting and Template Techs, and own the performance of installation and service operations within your branch. From labor efficiency and subcontractor quality to product execution and profitability, your role ensures jobs are installed correctly, issues are resolved quickly, and customers stay confident in Wisenbaker. When field operations run smoothly, the entire branch wins.

What You’ll Be Doing (and Owning):

• In 180 days, you'll rotate through every part of Field Operations - Templates, Expediting, Service Technicians and Jobsite Management with Area
• Get hands-on: real time spent installation training across floor coverings, cabinets and countertops in new homes.
• Installation training in tile, wood, carpet & MFG products

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
