How this works

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not a salaried or hourly job. Traders operate independently and make their own trading decisions; Maverick Currencies does not direct or supervise day-time trading activity.

Compensation is performance-based through a profit split ranging from 65% to 90%, depending on your track record and account level. Profits are never guaranteed, and trading involves real risk. Traders who are not profitable earn no income from this role. This path rewards skill and discipline, not hours logged.
