Maverick Currencies, a proprietary trading firm founded in 1997, is inviting driven individuals in the Phoenix, AZ area to explore a flexible, remote trading opportunity in forex and crypto markets. This role is built for people who want to design their own schedule rather than fit into someone else's.

No prior trading experience is required. We provide structured training to help you learn market fundamentals, risk concepts, and trading platforms at your own pace. Many traders find that mornings work best for active market hours, leaving afternoons and evenings free for everything else life demands.

• Work remotely from Phoenix or anywhere you choose

• Potential to trade funded accounts up to $400,000 as you demonstrate consistency

How Compensation Works

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. It is not a salaried or hourly role, and there is no guaranteed paycheck. Compensation is performance-based through a profit split ranging from 65% to 90%, depending on your track record and account structure. Profits are never guaranteed, and traders who are not profitable earn no income from this role. Your results are entirely a function of your own trading decisions and discipline.
