Job summary

Magnolia Forest Preschool in Edmonds, WA is seeking a part-time substitute teacher to support our Magnolia Method, a play-based forest school approach. This position is 100% outdoors, Monday–Friday, September 2, 2026 to June 11, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Ensure student safety and follow site director’s risk assessments.
• Carry supplies into and out of the forest each day.
• Assist with carrying a small child if needed and navigate uneven terrain.
• Work 100% outside in all weather, dressing warmly and appropriately.
