Role Overview
Forest School Teachers lead outdoor classes focused on exploration, resilience, nature connection, and skill-building. This role is ideal for educators who can hold boundaries, facilitate child‑led learning, and maintain strong safety standards outdoors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead outdoor learning experiences and group rhythm
- Maintain clear safety boundaries and effective supervision
- Facilitate activities, games, and exploration invitations
- Support social development and conflict resolution as needed
- Communicate professionally with staff and follow program systems

Varies by location/program.
Compensation
Starting at $18/hour, depending on experience.
Qualifications (Required)
- Experience working with children in group settings
- Comfort outdoors in all weather
- Strong presence, supervision skill, and reliability
