Qualifications

  • Experience developing and managing complex contracts and fiscal contracts.
  • Knowledge of information technology systems and project management.
  • Knowledge of human resource management principles, labor agreements, and the legislative process.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead budget and program performance management.
  • Develop biennial operating and capital budget requests and allocations.
  • Supervise staff and participate in Division Management Team activities.
  • Oversee development and tracking of fiscal contracts.
