Great Lakes Indian Fish & Wildlife Commission seeks a hydrology professional to develop and implement surface and ground-water projects informing tribal forest hydrology management. You will work with GLIFWC’s Environmental Section to review and comment on projects and proposals that may impact groundwater or surface water hydrology.

Collaborate with GLIFWC's Forest Ecology Program to gather input from wildlife, fisheries, and environmental experts, and integrate policy input from the Division

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement surface and ground-water hydrology projects to inform tribal evaluation and management of forest hydrologic systems.
• Review and comment on projects and proposals that may impact groundwater or surface water hydrology.
• Collaborate with GLIFWC’s Forest Ecology Program to gather input from wildlife, fisheries, environmental areas, and policy input from the Division of Intergovernmental Affairs.
• Present findings at GLIFWC's board and committees to seek direction and guidance representing tribal views.
