Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Clinic Nurse Supervisor for our Forest City Family Med Clinic.
As a Clinic Nurse Supervisor at MercyOne, you will accept the responsibility and accountability for the delivery of patient care with the multidisciplinary team while using the nursing process and maintaining professional nursing standards.
The Clinic Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation and support of all clinical/nursing providing patient care within the facility. This includes the evaluation, revision, and implementation of clinical policies and procedures related to the delivery of safe and efficient quality nursing care, maintenance of clinical staff personnel and education records, in-services, and performing Clinical Staff functions.
