Job summary

LandYield is seeking a Platform Operations Specialist to support the web-based platform and landowner enrollment processes. You will review landowner sites for eligibility, handle deed/title checks, and use GIS to ensure compliance with program standards.

You will communicate updates to landowners and assist with CORE platform questions. You’ll coordinate landowner payments, review reports, and help with mapping changes as part of a small, collaborative team striving for accurate project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience using GIS to evaluate land parcels and project site eligibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication for landowners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Review submitted forest carbon project sites for program eligibility.
• Review landowner documents including deeds, tax bills, and easements.
• Perform title and deed searches to confirm ownership and eligibility.
• Use GIS to adjust submitted sites for compliance with program requirements.
• Communicate site updates and document requests to landowners by email and phone.
• Support landowners with project submissions and CORE platform questions.
• Coordinate payments and review periodic landowner reports.
