Job summary

XKIG is seeking a Foreperson to coordinate crews in electric utility vegetation management and related tasks. The role requires directing crew members, equipment, and supplies daily to meet contract specifications.

A CDL is mandatory, and safety compliance with PPE is emphasized throughout the job. Candidates should have high school education or equivalent and be able to read drawings, delegate work, and operate with minimal supervision in varied outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to meet and demonstrate qualifications of all positions on a crew.
• Must be able to follow verbal or written directives.
• Must be able to delegate work and take accountability for the performance of a crew.
• Must be able to understand drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew members and supervise equipment daily.
• Direct tasks and supervise performance to meet contract specs.
• Ensure PPE use and safety practices on site.
