Qualifications

• Ability to manage projects with $500k+ annual revenue and ensure profit.
• Experience developing construction documents for damage repair and code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support damage assessment, repair design, and reconstruction projects across California.
• Prepare construction documents and evaluate code compliance for repairs.
