Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in litigation support and associated systems and processes.
• 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery focused applications and case management processes.
• Active Public Trust security clearance required.
• Ability to travel 5-10% on average based on client/work.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert level support for users and client's eLaw team members.
• Support current and new eLaw eDiscovery focused applications with a focus on Case Management.
• Provide support of FOIA related technology and processes.
