• 3–5 years progressive forensic experience acceptable as substitution.

Responsibilities

• Performs examinations on evidence leading to forensic conclusions for legal use.
• Prepares written reports of forensic analysis and conclusions.
• Examination, identification, and comparison of evidence in various crimes.
• May testify as an expert witness and provide guidance as needed.
• Conducts field crime scene work to gather and analyze evidence.
