Job summary

U.S. Forensic, LLC, part of the ATS family, is seeking a highly skilled Professional Engineer specializing in Civil/Structural engineering to investigate failures, moisture intrusion, and roof assessments in the Mississippi region.

The successful candidate will conduct forensic investigations, perform site inspections, prepare technical reports, and provide expert testimony when required. A PE license and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Forensic engineering experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive forensic investigations to evaluate structural damage, defects, failures.
• Perform site inspections and gather data to support forensic analysis.
• Utilize engineering principles to analyze and assess structural issues.
• Prepare clear and concise technical reports outlining findings and conclusions.
• Provide expert testimony in legal proceedings when required.
• Stay current with industry trends, codes, and standards related to structural engineering.
• Other duties as assigned.
