Qualifications

• Must have a B.S. Structural Engineering degree or higher.
• P.E. required in the state of employment or the ability to obtain it quickly.
• 2-10+ years of experience ideally in Project Management or Field Investigation.

Responsibilities

• Perform investigations and analyses of properties to resolve claims and legal matters.
• Prepare oral and written reports documenting causes of failure or damage.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with other experts.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Organizational and time management skills

High level of analytical skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

Ability to read and interpret technical reports

Education

B.S. in Structural Engineering

P.E. license in the state of employment
