S-E-A is a forensic engineering firm with over 50 years of experience seeking an experienced civil/structural engineer to conduct field investigations, analyze failures across residential, commercial and industrial properties, and determine causes, origins and extent of structural problems. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's a plus), Texas P.E.

within 6 months, seven years post‑graduate experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• Seven years of post-academic civil/structural experience preferred.
• P.E. registration in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field investigations and analyze failures across residential, commercial and industrial properties.
• Determine the cause, origin and extent of structural failures and building system issues.
• Prepare oral and written reports that document causes of failure and remediation.
• Deliver professional presentations and develop client relationships.
