B.S. in related field
1+ years of Forensic Lab experience
DNA extraction/serology

Pay: $60k-$80k

Schedule: 1st shift M-F (must be open to overtime; occasional longer hours, weekends, holidays)

Type of Job: Direct Hire

Location: (100% Onsite) Greater Houston

Forensic Serologist Daily Tasks: What you will do:

Conducting serological tests to detect antibodies and antigens in blood samples
Isolating DNA from biological samples for analysis through DNA extraction
Measuring the amount of DNA present in a sample through DNA quantification
Contributing to the development and implementation of new analytical techniques.

Forensic Serologist Qualifications/Requirements:

B.S. degree (Genetics, Forensic science, molecular biology, chemistry, biochemistry)
1+ years of forensic DNA laboratory experience
Pipetting experience
