• Ability to collect, preserve, document, and report activities related to criminal investigations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, collect, examine, and preserve evidence from crime scenes and major investigations.
• Digitally record evidence with cameras or 3D scanners at scenes.
• Testify in legal proceedings as needed.
• Prepare and maintain records of findings in line with ISO 17025 and department policies.
• Operate photography and laboratory equipment for evidence documentation.
