Job summary

St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center – North Campus (FTC-N), a Missouri Department of Mental Health facility, seeks a doctoral level Psychologist to serve as a Certified Forensic Examiner (CFE) and conduct court-ordered evaluations of defendants and inpatients.

The role offers flexible remote or hybrid work and requires licensure within Missouri within the first year, with mentoring for board certification in forensic psychology.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology is required.
• Licensure as a Psychologist or eligibility in Missouri.
• Experience with forensic evaluations, especially competency to stand trial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct court-ordered outpatient forensic evaluations of adults.
• Conduct inpatient forensic evaluations of adults committed to the DMH.
• Prepare detailed reports and testify in court as needed.
